Squidward refuses to play with SpongeBob yet again, so he makes a replica of Squidward. Squidward begins to like the little squid until it starts doing all the things Squidward wants to do in life. A man comes to take Squid Wood away to become a star. SpongeBob, lonely, builds a fake SpongeBob and Squidward gets annoyed once more.
After receiving a good review from a food critic, Mr. Krabs decides to sell SpongeBob merchandise. Including pens, aprons, coasters and even a Spongey Patty! However, the patties turn whoever eats them into a sponge zombie.
Mr. Krabs pits SpongeBob against Squidward in a work contest, promising the winner a fabulous prize. The challenge is to find out all of the customers’ names. When they cover almost all of them, Squidward tries desperately to find out the name of a grumpy man.

Plankton and Mr. Krabs have been enemies for a long time. However, Mr. Krabs reveals that they were not always this way and that they used to be friends. He then explains of how that all changed. Then Plankton tells his side of the story as well, and Karen reveals they are both lying and gives the true story of the feud that led to hatred.
