Patrick pretends to be SpongeBob in order to win a trophy because SpongeBob constantly gets trophies in the mail for things he does. Patrick goes even so far as to dress as SpongeBob and get a short-lived job at the Krusty Krab. SpongeBob can’t take it anymore, but is pleasantly surprised when Patrick earns a trophy for doing nothing.
