Season 4 Episode 18 : Squidtastic Voyage
SpongeBob and Patrick bother Squidward while he is playing his clarinet so the mouthpiece gets stuck in his throat. SpongeBob and Patrick have to go in Squidward’s body to get the mouthpiece using Sandy’s shrinking submarine. When they get to the mouthpiece, SpongeBob cuts it in half so Squidward gags it up. Patrick makes the sub large again inside Squidward, and havoc ensues the next day. (“Patrick, don’t burp inside me! That’s disgusting!”).
